Do you know that our students in the Lower Division possess very unique talents? A recent Lower Division Community Time celebrated the abilities of dancers, singers, and tricksters. Students demonstrated powerful singing voices (Pre-K students), superbly choreographed dancing (K student), speedy solutions of the Rubik’s Cube (Grade II), and phenomenal expertise with a juggling prop called The Diablo (Grade I student). The display of these abilities inspired more of our students to want to share their own unique talents and with the assistance of Millie Woods and Nora Voldins (Grade II students), the Lower Division hosted a second week of performances. Millie and Nora organized the performers, created a slideshow to introduce the acts, and even emceed the event. There were gymnasts, a piano player, a singer, a yo-yo expert, and a robot inventor! We were all amazed by the variety of talent in the Lower Division and cannot wait to see what next year brings. A very special shout out goes to Millie and Nora for their exceptional production and organizational skills – they were a huge help and have set the bar high for the future!
